Let's be blunt. The majority of Internet Service Providers broken, and everyone knows it.

You sign up for "fibre" and get copper with a fancy label (FTTC / HFC are just two you may hear of). Your bill creeps up and nobody tells you why. You call for help and end up trapped in a in IVR maze that goes nowhere. When your answered, you get someone reading from a script, being told to restart your router for the fourth time. The whole industry runs on the assumption that you'll give up before you complain.

Telqaris exists because we got tired of it too.

We're a small, deliberate team building a home broadband, office broadband, home phone, and phone services provider that does things properly. Real fibre only — no copper pretending to be something it's not. Plain English speaking and transparent pricing that actually means what it says.

 

Support from real humans who listen first and fix things second, backed by AI that catches problems before you even notice them. We're not the cheapest. We never will be. But we actually care — and we think that matters more than a £4 discount and a 45-minute hold queue when you have issues.

Do you provide phone services?

We do. Cloud-based phone systems for homes and startups that work without hardware nonsense, keeping you connected wherever you are.

How fast is the installation?

Check availability first. Once ordered, we aim for a 5-10 day turnaround. No long waits, no ghosting installers, just straightforward progress.
